Is 7 days for real?
Yes — 7 days from receiving your menu, photos and ordering links, for Starter and Growth builds. A photo of the laminated menu on WhatsApp genuinely counts. Bespoke multi-location builds take 4–6 weeks because everything is designed from scratch.
Do I need to change my ordering system?
No. We wire the site into whatever you already use — Flipdish, Slerp, storekit, your own app, or straight links to your marketplace listings. When Takely Ordering launches (collection orders at 4% flat), it plugs into the same site — join the waitlist if you want in early.
Who writes the words and does the SEO?
We do. Your menu becomes real, structured text with schema markup that Google can read, plus locally-targeted landing pages, your Google Business Profile set up properly, and a review engine. You approve everything before it goes live.
Do I own the website and the domain?
Yes — the domain, the content and any customer data are yours. If you ever leave, you take them with you. We think you’ll stay because the site works, not because you’re trapped.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, SSL, security updates, and changes — new dishes, price updates, holiday hours, offers. Growth and Bespoke add performance reporting so you can see what the site is actually doing for you.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. After the one-off build fee, everything is 30-day rolling. Cancel any time — the domain and the site content were always yours.
